Canada's vaccine injury program vastly underestimated claims

Government documents obtained by Global News reveal that a federal program for vaccine injured people severely underestimated the number of claims it would receive. The government expected that hundreds, possibly thousands of people would apply each year. But as Carolyn Jarvis reports, four years later that number has skyrocketed.
